French Toast Roll Ups

Preparation Time: 10 Minutes


For 6 French Toast Roll Ups:

  • 6 Slices of Bread
  • 2 Eggs
  • 80 mL of Milk
  • Pinch of Salt
  • 6 Slices American Cheese
  • 3 Rashers of Bacon (Cooked)
  • 6 Skinless Richmond Sausages (Cooked)
  • Butter for frying


  1. Cut all the crust of the bread then flatten the slice with a rolling pin
  2. Then crack 2 eggs in a bowl then add 18mL of milk then add a pinch of salt and mix it all together
  3. When you have done that grab a slice of american cheese half a piece of bacon and a cooked sausage put them on one end of the bread and roll it up nice and tight
  4. Put the roll in the egg mixture and make sure it is fully covered then pop them in the pan and turn them over and when both sides are golden brown they are ready to serve
  5. Put the French Toast Roll Ups on your plate and enjoy the meal, they taste really good in combination with Maple Syrup or Ketchup.
